Having said that I want us to spend the rest of season lumping into the box and scaring the **** out of the opposition. Once Ben White and maybe Tomi are up to speed stick Gabriel up front imo
I think we have missed Ben White more than we realise.

His capacity to unnerve the opposition is unrivalled. Chips in some lovely crosses too.
Timber?s probably the better athlete but I?d still go with White.
If, as has been suggested, Saliba buggers off to Madrid for 100m plus; at least we have White to fill that hole.

Thought Odegaard has looked more like himself the last couple of games. 2nd half against Leicester he was superb....as was Rice.

Rice is certainly playing his best football of the season recently. Very timely.

Timber looks a very pretty footballer but he is also a bit of a beast defensively. He won a lot of headers in that game, some of them involving very physical contact with far larger opponents.

He's been a superb signing and is only going to get better.

But you are right- Ben White puts the ****s up the opposition like no other

I think Timber is too good a footballer to play full back - but White is a superb ****stirrer

Does that free up Sterling to be our new false 9?

There's imaginative and then there is the triumph of hope over experience......
