Thread: I used to love Champions League nights

I used to love Champions League nights

I tried to watch the City game last night and realised that what started with Abramovich and rapidly escalated with City has just knocked any enjoyment out of the game.

It just feels hopeless and somehow dirty.

I think i like Ange more than Pep

Didn't even bother with last night's games or Tuesday for that matter. Will watch us tonight of course but more out of a sense of duty then excitement

I enjoy the way that he fraternizes with the Arsenal staff after the game. Must really boil some p*** there. I also get the impression that he hates their fans.

Also watch Jordan Cox; the next big thing to come to English cricket imho.

Have to admit, I quite like him. I even find his attitude to football quite admirable. I'm delighted he isn't our manager, obviously

I have no love for the Champions League whatsoever. I hate it.

I believe they've changed the CL music?

I'll hate it, until we win the bloody thing.

Have you seen much of Bethel? Definitely think one of those is going to make a big difference soon (or both in white ball cricket). Cox is definitely a talent
